Bet Calculator FAQ
How do I calculate my betting returns?
Multiply your stake by the decimal odds to get your total return. For example, $10 at $3.50 odds = $35.00 total return ($25.00 profit). Our free bet calculator handles all bet types automatically.
What is an each way bet?
An each way bet is two bets in one: a Win bet and a Place bet, each for the same stake. If your horse wins, you collect on both. If it only places, you collect the place portion. The place dividend is typically 1/4 or 1/5 of the win odds.
How does a flexi bet work?
A flexi bet lets you take a percentage of a full exotic bet (Trifecta, First Four, Quaddie). Instead of paying $1 per combination, you might pay $0.50 (50% flexi). If you win, your dividend is also 50% of the full amount.
How is a trifecta payout calculated?
Trifecta payouts depend on the total pool, number of winning tickets, and your stake. There's no fixed formula - the dividend is determined by the totalisator after all bets are placed. Our calculator helps you estimate the cost of your trifecta combinations.
