Winx won 33 consecutive races between 2015 and 2019 — a streak unmatched in Australian racing history — including an unprecedented four straight Cox Plates.
Trained by Chris Waller and ridden by Hugh Bowman, the mare turned weight-for-age racing into a procession: 25 Group 1s, over $26 million in prizemoney, and a farewell at Royal Randwick in 2019 that stopped the sport. Her Cox Plate quadruple (2015–2018) is considered by many the greatest sustained feat in Australasian racing.
